Leadership can sometimes make or break a mission and as such there will be a training event Friday 2nd at 7PM EST. The training will include planning before heading out, planning on the fly, being reactive/proactive based on intel or events happening and more to come.

The main focus is to give an idea of the aspects for what a leader stands for and how initiative is very important and also listening to suggestions from the people around you.
