Expired - Mod restricted ban

For all ban appeals. Please complete the template to the best of your ability.
Please note:
  • All bans are reviewed on a case by case basis.
  • The banning admin and head admins have the final say on whether or not a ban should or shouldn’t be modified.
  • Admins and players can be used as witnesses to make statements for or against the ban modification.
  • Any bans regarding hacking, cheating, and or code manipulation/ game engine manipulation will not be lifted. We check logs regularly and do offline bans as well.
  • Racist, sexist and xenophobic remarks will not be lifted, this indicates the attitude of the player, ability to work as a team, and potential toxicity.
  • Lying in your appeal is cause alone for a ban not to be lifted and may be cause for a ban to be extended, this indicates the integrity of the player and the trust among other players.
  • The owner of the account is responsible for all actions taken on the account.  There is no way for us to identify the individual behind the account, therefore a ban will not be lifted because someone else was using your account.

1. Lozzy
2. https://steamcommunity.com/id/killeveryfly
3. Restricted Mod - Cheat Menu - check allowed mods - Join Tea.
4. No Admin, I think it was an Autoban. Date 13/08/2019.

5. As I put in another post I accidentally loaded SSPCM (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... =410206202 - have a look at the mod for yourself). I generally load this into single player Antistasi to spawn myself vehicles and smite my enemies. Understandably, this is a restricted mod on the server and having accidentally loaded it, it auto banned me.

It just completely slipped my mind to deselect and unload the mod before joining so I take full responsbility. This is my mod loadout normally compared to the one I use in single player.

Normal loadout: https://ibb.co/H7qfh0q

Singleplayer loadout: https://ibb.co/vqTyDsw

Anyway this was completely unintentional. I have alot of hours on the NaK server so it would be a shame to never be allowed back. Also if its possible, where can I actually check how much time I have on the server?

Player "Lozzy" has approximately 373 combined hours on NAK servers as of 8/13/2019.

As for the Auto Kick/Ban trigger, VileAce will have to make the final decision.

When players connect with mods intended for cheating or potentially harmful mods we do place a ban on the player, based on the severity of the risk, to remind them that our server has a list of approved and restricted mods. Your ban was for 1 hour and has already expired. I highly recommend that you save a mod preset specifically for the NAK Squad servers that you play on.

In the future, please be aware of our server rules, in this case specifically:
RULE #16) No Unapproved Mods
First Offense: Based on severity, up to a permanent ban.

NAK has a list of mods that are allowed on the server, you can find that list at https://www.naksquad.net/mod-list/. We generally will not ban a player for a minor violation, but using any mod a reasonable person would consider cheating will be considered a violation of this rule. These include but are not limited to invisibility, no clipping, teleport, unrestricted vehicle spawn, unlimited ammo and god mode. If you receive a script restriction when connecting to the server, you are using an unapproved mod.
